Kitty's Bliss

Kitty’s Bliss is a 4 bedroom beach house located just one row from the Gulf. The heated pool ensures year-round enjoyment if you’re opting out of a beach day.
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms await, including a king-size primary bedroom boasting dual sliding glass doors that open onto a deck, seamlessly integrated with the pool area.
The second floor holds a living room, featuring a well-appointed open-plan kitchen, bar, dining area, and a captivating sitting area. This expansive space extends onto a large, covered balcony, complete with a charcoal grill and bistro table, offering panoramic views of the pool.
Enhancing the living room are five sliding glass doors opening onto balconies overlooking the heated pool, creating a sense of openness and airiness.
Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the residence offers privacy making it ideal for families. Yet, its prime location places it just 250 yards west of the renowned Red Bar. Moreover, two beach access points lie within a mere hundred yards of the house, ensuring convenient access to the beachfront.

  Overall this was a great rental, but there were some factors we weren't prepared for:
  Cons:
  Currently there is construction going on right next to the house. The workers kept parking their trucks and blocking us in where we were parked. There was also the add noise that came with the concrete and crane work going into the the house being built. The other MAJOR issue was the mattresses. These beds are rock hard and it is hard for sleeping and getting a good nights rest. I don't want to sound picky, but the thread count on the sheets was pretty between the hard mattress and scratchy sheets and construction going on it was pretty hard to get sleep let alone sleep in...
  Pros:
  The location is great, parking is near impossible in this area so it was great to be able to not have to think about parking and just walk over to the beach. The layout of the house is different but worked for our family and the kids loved having a pool to enjoy after the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with everything needed to cook and feed the family. The communication around the rental was also great!
  
  Overall it was a lovely place, we just wish we could have gotten better sleep.

  This was our second stay at Kitty’s Bliss. We really love the location. The home is a little tired and could use some updates. The pool is great. The space is large. Room for lots of people. Love the parking. It accommodates about 4 vehicles. Our dog is welcome and that’s the biggest plus.

  We had a wonderful week at Kitty’s Bliss. The house had everything we needed and we loved having our own pool. The only surprise we had was the walk to the beach. I should have inquired about it before I rented, but I had assumed that we had a close “cut- through” path to the gulf. However, it was a walk back to the road, around a bend, and then a substantial walk through a sandy path. In all it only took10-15 minutes, but pulling the cart through the sand was a bit of a workout. Also, one of the couples with us are older, and had difficulty walking in the sand that far. Everything else, including dealing with the rental agency was great.

  We loved our stay at Kitty’s Bliss. The house was well appointed and roomy enough for 4 adults and 7 teenagers. The many windows enhanced the beach feel and the sounds of the ocean. The outside pool and deck were a huge plus since no one could get in the ocean all week due to dangerous riptides. We will definitely be back.

  Kitty's Bliss was the perfect place for us to stay for our Fall break week. There was plenty of space for everyone, we had 3 adults and 4 kids. With elementary aged children we like to cook in most of our meals b/c they are worn out from all of the beach fun, the kitchen was spacious and well equip for all of our needs. Having the pool is a great addition, the pool deck is a great place to hang out when you need a break from the beach, it felt like our own little resort spot. We had a few very minor maintenance issues that were handled very promptly, the personnel was super friendly. The only down side that we experienced was the view/noise of the house under construction across the way but we understand that is inevitable sometimes. We often stay on Pine St. and have the beautiful view of the state park so have been spoiled by that. It is nice to be tucked back on a street that is not a main route into Grayton, Auburn Dr. is nice and quite. Overall it was a wonderful house for us, it was hard to leave when our week was over!!!

  Loved this place! We had a great time. The private pool was wonderful to have for the kids and adults alike. The house was very clean and I am very particular. There are lots of nice chairs around decks and pool areas. Cole also delivered eight new chairs the day of our arrival. It is a hike to the water, but it is the same for everyone around us, just the way it is. All this being said we really enjoyed our vacation.

  House was very clean, enough room for 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. Porches on every level. Kitchen very well equipped, W/D good. Picture showed what looked like immediate beach access. New building under construction on arrival A bit of a hike with grandkids 11, 4, 2.5 and 4 month rental beach equipment helped very little shade at house. had 3 umbrella stands no umbrellas and pool chairs in much need of replacement.

  Everything was pretty nice and accurate about the house, except for when we arrived there were small ants in the kitchen. It appears the house had been empty because of the low season. We called the manager, they came and sprayed, and then came back a day later and sprayed again. Never saw another ant. I would recommend this house, the pool was a nice, and it's very close to our favorite area of the beach.
