The house is located in the Heart of Watercolor on Cerulean Park in Phase I at 82 Watercolor Blvd. East. While you sit and relax on large front screen porch (11X35) you can watch your kids play on the park across the street.

You are located 50 yards to the Marina Pool and fishing dock. We are 200 yards to the famous Beach Club Pool and fine dining at the FOW restaurant.Camp Watercolor phase 2 pool has waterslide and lazy river. From the beach club, you are a short walk or very quick bike ride to our famous white sand beaches and emerald color water.You are 300 yards to Seaside and all the restaurants and shops.Wine Bar and new Scratch Breakfast place 100 yards from the house.

Downstairs has a large living area, Gourmet Kitchen, new countertops 4/15/22) including 2 Bosch dishwashers, 2 Sub Zero refrigerators, 48 inch Wolf gas cooktop, wine cooler, bar with ice machine(crushed ice), warming drawer, washer dryer, 65 inch Flat Screen LED TV above Fireplace, Screen porch(11X35) with Swing, Gas Grill, 12 foot wood beam ceilings, work desk with wireless Internet, large Master with King bed, two headed shower, Jacuzzi, and an outside shower. Charcoal Grill in open garage.

Upstairs has two large masters with King beds in each, baths with shower, tub and 2 sinks, one has private den off of the room with twin bed and other master has a King and twin in a nook in the same room, there is another guest room with King and twin bed in loft, Kids bunk room with 2 full bunks(4 full beds) and televisions in bunks, another washer and dryer room upstairs, large playroom king size bed with full Kitchen and 2 twin mattress beds in loft, bathroom, and a 3rd set of washer and dryers.Pool table.Large flat screen LED TV/Stereo.

  This house is perfect for a large family vacation; every bedroom has its own bathroom and there are multiple sets of washer and dryers to keep up with the laundry. Some things to note; the front porch is good but not great! It needs some TLC to completely enjoy. The kitchen while large it is does not have everything you need to prepare a large meal for a family. It’s missing basic cooking utensils and there is not any main cooking ingredients (ie salt, pepper, oil, vinegar). You have to purchase everything! All in all we would go back but be more prepared on what is exactly needed to make this house a home for the week.

  WE loved the house and thought that the photos did not do it justice. We had our 8 grandkids with us and they were so comfortable and happy as were all of the adults! The house is in a very nice location. The only drawback was it was dirty when we arrived. There were dirty dishes on the bedsides and the garbage was still in bathrooms. There was no toilet paper in most of the bathrooms. When checking out we met the housekeeper who let us know there had been a problem with the cleaners before our arrival and a dad and his 12 year old son had cleaned. Only bummer. We had to change the sheets on several of the beds because they were dirty in the bunk rooms and lofts since we were using them for the children. This house would take a team to clean because of the size and the lofts....Otherwise a really great house and we had a very good time.....

  Well located, well maintained residence with plenty of room for a large group of adults and children. The "carriage house" will pool table was a plus and was far enough away from the downstairs living area that the children's noises were not bothersome.

It is beautifully appointed with roam for the littles one to build forts and escape the eyes of the older ones. Teens have separate space living area. Great kitchen for cooking large family meals with dining inside and out. Close to beach and beachside pool fun in one direction and the lake and yolo boards and pool in another. PLUS the park(greenspace) is right out the front door where littles can play hide and seek, flashlight tag and the bigs have practiced Yoga. Perfect for our family of 14 with room to spare.

  We stayed in this awesome house after Christmas through New Years. It is absolutely the perfect house for multiple families. We were 4 families with 11 kids. There are 4 king bedrooms each with its own fantastic bathroom. There is a bonus room with tv, kitchenette and pool table where the kids could all hang out. The girls stayed together in a bunk room that has 4 double size bunks and an attached bathroom that has 4 sinks! The boys loved staying in the bonus room which has king size murphy bed and loft with twins. There is another bedroom with 2 bunks and attached bathroom. There were still a couple of empty beds! The main kitchen is a full on gourmet kitchen with all the best appliances. It is a great house for entertaining. The location is the best in Watercolor! Everything you want to do is just outside the front door! I cannot recommend this house more. You really have to see it to believe it!

  Our extended family of 18 has stayed in various locations within the Watercolor community but this, by far, is everyone's favorite. The convenient location of the home to the Beach Club, the beach, to Seaside, to the shops, pools, etc. make it a perfect fit for families with young children who may need to grab a nap or food items without having to trek far. The front porch was our favorite spot with enough seating for most of us. There were more than enough bikes of varying sizes for us to use. This is a very "liveable" home, and the less than perfect marks I gave it for "general condition" and "cleanliness" were simply due from it being USED!   I feel that the overall house could be maintained better. Each year we find an enormous amount of dust under beds which are easily accesible and sometimes old food. I usually have to ask the owner to address the master because of my dust allergies. Also, don't know the last time the bedspreads have been cleaned and sheets could be a better quality. The master has a tile that always appears filthy and kitchen drawers usually need cleaning. Overall, we LOVE the house for a variety of reasons but each year we do comment on the dust.
  I would think at least once a month more than 2 people need to come in on saturday to help with dusting. I CAN understand how it is difficult to dust the main parts of the house when you are constantly on limited time.
