Everyone in the rental company helped us get everything in order for the day. We held the ceremony on the back deck of the house. It was gorgeous. There was plenty of room for our family to stay and be comfortable as well. Our wedding guests parked in the Grayton parking lot and rode the tram over with no problems. 10/10 for a great wedding week!!!!

  I have admired that beach house for years. It is everything we expect in an old school beach house, but with modern needs. It's a quirky kind of house, many bedrooms, best kitchen ever as far as supplies go....stainless steel pans, pots, glass bowls and platters. Many specialty utensils and TWO refrigerators! The location was beyond perfect! Children, dogs and adults were happy with the entire place. The decor was simple and beachy. The outdoor area was fantastic! Grayton Beach Rentals were always kind and helpful anytime we had questions. One of the best rentals we have stayed in in Santa Rosa Beach. And of course being in Grayton was the icing on the cake.

  We have stayed all over 30A but Grayton Beach is our favorite and this house is the best location for our family!! We love fishing off the dock and the kids love swimming in the lake. So much room and not a congested area.
  
  would like to see the living room furniture updated.. it's not real comfortable. You may want to check the airconditioners in the bottom as they don't feel like they are cooling.

  This house has a million dollar view. Several people stopped to inquire, take pictures, and admire the view from this property. If the beauty of Grayton and the dune lake is what you are looking for, this house will not disappoint. If you are looking for plush, updated interior, this will not be to your liking. Jenny and Cole were incredibly responsive to any need we presented. Jenny went so far above and beyond trying to accomodate an 89 year old traveling with us. I cannot say enough good things about the vacation management. They were wonderful.

    This is one of the oldest homes with old Beach Charm to it in Grayton. We try to keep the old Grayton feel while also this home sleeps a lot of folks. Best location in the area! The dock out on the South Side is to die for its so relaxing, pleasant, and has great views. As a bonus there is also another dock on the bigger part of the lake. Nice new deck in front of current deck and perfect home for weddings, receptions, etc.

  The western edge of Western Lake..., with the Gulf about 100 yards of while sand beyond... with sunrise and sunset painting the skies over the private pier that extends over the lake... Yup, all things considered this might be the best vista on the Panhandle.
  
  We came down the first week in January, so essentially almost every shop and restaurant was closed or unpopulated - and that was EXACTLY what we were looking for!
  
  And Grayton Beach Rentals were extraordinarily flexible with our needs (the house we first looked at was not dog-friendly for our small, older dog), so they moved us to Grayton Point... and how great was that!!

  Absolutely love this rental. Would rent it every time we vacation in the area if possible. The two docks are awesome. The dock closest to the beach is perfect for afternoon and evening relaxing as well as easy access to the beach by swimming, kayak, or paddleboard. The other dock on the larger portion of the lake is perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. Steps from the beach access boardwalk and about a block and a half from Red Bar and Chiringos. The house is older but clean and charming. Ample parking and the views from the wraparound deck are absolutely unbeatable. This has been my favorite rental in the 30a area in our 6 years of visiting. Have stayed in newer more "luxurious" houses, but none beat Grayton Point in my opinion.

  My family had a very nice beach vacation at this great house. 9 of us stayed here. There was plenty of room for more. The setting is great... views of the sunrise and sunset! Walk down the boardwalk to the beach. There is a cute little bar/ restaurant and a few shops down the street. It is an older house but pretty well equipped. Cleaning could have been better... there was still a pie in the oven from the last guests meaning the oven was not even cleaned. The front door did not lock and the downstairs room has a dehumidifier that was completely full of water, so it was not functioning. Overall we loved the location but cleaning service should be changed.

  We had friends and family meet us here for a vacation. It was an amazing week at this beach house! The beds upstairs were perfect for the kids, and the rest is just what we needed. It was cozy and comfortable with the kitchen supplies we needed. The second fridge was a life saver! I cannot say enough about the view and location of this house. It is absolutely perfect. I would come back here anytime. My only criticism would be to be careful on the deck with the little ones. It has a few nails sticking up and some splintery planks.

  LOVE the house fits our family perfectly and the views always spectacular. Teenagers enjoy the lake and the beach with boards, kayak, etc. The house is advertised as sleeps 22. There were only 8 forks and maybe one small spoon. All was clean except east BR upstairs had mildewed shower curtain. Also the check in time where if any thing lands on porch before 4 pm you are penalized. The cleaning people did not leave there until after 4:45. We have booked for next year and can't wait!!!

The place wasn't very clean, but we also stayed at the end of the season and it seemed that no one had stayed there for a while.   House was as described, clean, older but in good shape, we had an issue with a dirty oven that caused smoking and fire alarm to go off when used, but after a few phone calls, the oven was cleaned perfectly. The beds were so comfy, the porch is perfect, there is lots of room for everyone. The communication with the rental office was great before and after trip. Not a formal place to eat for such a big group, but we ate in "shifts". The bathrooms were clean, but could be remodeled to update. I would recommend this for a large family or group. Perfect location and to die for views of the lake and ocean. Watch for splinters on the wooden decks and porch, always wear flip flops. Quiet neighbors and short walk to beach walkway. Overall 9/10 stay!

  Grayton Point cottage is the BEST! I'm not recommending it because I want to keep it to myself ;-) Mattress in SE corner of main floor and the big bed on ground floor really have used all the shelf life the mattresses had going in. Anti-skid strips are badly needed in bathtub on main floor, grab bars wouldn't be a bad idea. Hate to see a lawsuit event. Wider shower curtain needed in west main floor bathroom.Dust bunnies galore under living room furniture. LOVED the bath towels through out. Beach gear availability was very nice touch esp beach wagon. Absolutely the best accommodation in and around Grayton. Thanks to Cole for all his attention. Loved catching up on eating establishments.   Our son got married at Grayton Point and we rented this house to accommodate lots of friends coming to the wedding. The house was terrific.The lagoon in front of the house before the beach was great for crabbing and swimming. The dock on the lagoon accommodated several people and was great for evening cocktails. We had a wonderful week.

  We had a Great time at Grayton Point!!! The house was very clean and cozy. To say that the beds were comfortable would be an understatement!!! I had to call the Rental Co. Because of GPS problems finding the house and they went anove and beyond assisting me. So if you need a good vacation, or a girls get away this is the place for you!!! We will be back very soon!

  This house is a good old fashion beach house. Lots of bedrooms and great location. We came for fall break from Atlanta and the weather was great the first couple of days which was wonderful. My kids said they would love to come back to this house over the summer.

  We rented Grayton Point for our wedding party. Everyone loved the house! The rooms are all around the same size and all have TV's. The house itself isn't huge but you're not going to Grayton to stay inside! Grayton Point is a comfortable house without too many frills which makes it a perfect beach house. The best parts are the view, porches, and dock. There's also plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

  I loved this old house, but most of all I loved the location... next to the State Park. The house and kitchen were sufficiently well furnished. (I like to cook).
  On the down side, it was only surface cleaned, and the locks didn't work. They came within 3 days to replace broken locks, and sent a cleaner over the day I called, but I had to tell her everything to do. If the big new house next door was occupied there would not have been much privacy. Also, the bottom level bedrooms were musty. In spite of all this, I would come again. I would be more insistent on getting things fixed next time, because the rental company sounded like they really wanted to make things right.

  Stayed at Grayton Point for 3 nights for a destination wedding at Grayton Beach. The beach house was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the beach side and is a little more secluded than most other houses in the area which limits the amount of traffic that runs past. No complaints at all.

  Loved the place. The creek in front of the house was shallow so it was very kid friendly. They loved jumping off the dock. Very relaxing, sitting in a rocker on the porch with a great view. House is an older home but very well maintained and clean.

  The entire week was fabulous. The weather could not have been more perfect. The rental house was in a great location. All in all the property was well maintained. The dock on the property was perfect to just sit and relax for the evening and enjoy the ocean view. I would recommend this property to rent without hesitation. The property management company was very helpful and easy to contact. It would have been nice to have a later check out time but apparently 10:00 a.m. seems to be the norm in the area.

  Great family and pet friendly house in a perfect location. My only criticism is that the broker did not warn us beforehand about the house under construction 20 feet away. The workmen started hammering at 7:00am and worked until 7:00pm 6 days of the week.
