We look back to that trip and say that it was the best vacation yet, and we truthfully believe one of the main reasons was because of how amazing the house was. My family plans to return to Grayton Beach and rent Seaspray because of how much we have been raving about the bachelorette trip and based off the pictures we showed them from the house.   Great pool, great dock, great decks. House needs some basic attention. Half of the outlets don’t work, big hole in a door, exterior doors won’t open and close easily etc. overall great house— just thinking that for the price (almost 10 thousand dollars for a week) they’d pay a little extra attention and do things like at least put one roll of TP in each bathroom to start with. We were also there during a major hurricane and didn’t hear a word from the management company asking if we were staying, leaving, okay etc. a house 2 doors down had the doors blown open and the same management company manages it— two days after we called to let them know the third floor doors were STILL open.. they didn’t seem overly concerned but did care enough to have signs posted all over the house about what they would charge you for if damaged. Not very welcoming or relaxing.

  We love this house. It's our 9th year to stay here. However, the kitchen is in very bad need of improvements. The stovetop is in very bad condition. The burners aren't level and one has short in it. It's the same burner from 9 years ago. The icemaker was broken. The house needs a deep clean. The floors were grimy and sandy. the sheets in the twin bunk room hadn't been changed (sand in 2 beds. There was NO toilet paper in the bathrooms.

  We had a wonderful time. The door handle to the front door on the kitchen level was loose and hard to open. The stovetop really needs to be replaced. Some of the burners don't sit level and were hard to use. Was happy to see the new oven. the boards on the staircases in the back by the pool are pretty rough. a couple of the kids kept getting splinters.

  Seaspray is the perfect home for a large group. The proximity to the beach is excellent, huge pool, fun game room and the dock connecting to the lake behind the house is such a nice amenity too.   A great house for a large family. Loved the two refrigerators side by side and the two dish washers on either side of the sink. A large pantry in the kitchen was very handy. The separate ice maker was an added luxury. The only negatives were a handle in the downstairs shower was broken and a couple of shower heads were antiquated. The openness of the living room dining room and kitchen allowed 18 of us to move around without running over each other. Everyone in the family thought it was one of the best homes we've ever rented.

  Seaspray is the perfect rental for our family and have stayed there 5 times! Our days are spent at the beach, at the pool, fishing from the dock, or renting paddle boards, and night s are filled with family cooking, movies, games, good conversation and lots of laughs. Each vacation has provided a week of wonderful memories for us and we always look forward to returning.

  We rented SeaSpray for an 8-member, adult professional gathering, and this house fit us to a T. Plenty of space to spread out for privacy, but also very functional common areas for gathering. I would imagine it to be equally good for large family gatherings. The views off the front ad back decks are different, but both spectacular. Bedding is comfortable, baths are well appointed, and having two dishwashers and refrigerators is a big plus. We made ample use of the game room downstairs, and the location is great, walk to everything. Jenny is very easy to work with on reservations and very responsive and helpful with questions. We had one very small WIFI issue caused by a previous tenant that was addressed and fixed very, very quickly by the manager, Cole. He is a good person to know and talk to about the area. We are returning again same time next year and look forward to our stay.
