A charming house, Wet Sand rests in the Camp WaterColor district, just a few blocks from the beach. The community pools and beach club are gorgeous, and a favorite of kids and adults.
Out back, a private pool is also impressive. The entire area is ideal for entertaining, especially at night: Check out the photos! The wonderful screened-in porch has comfortable seating and also a dining table.
Inside, the first-floor open interior is full of color and charm. Expertly decorated, the spacious coastal home provides lots of room to unwind.
The kitchen is delightful, with an island that seats five. Past the dining table for eight is the primary bedroom, king, that opens to a porch.
Upstairs are four more rooms, all open to screened porches. A den sleeps an extra person. Two guest rooms, king, have adjoining baths. The bunk room, twin room and den share the hall bath, with tub.
