High end furnishings and great location just 100 feet to beach access, on the Grayton lake, and 100 yards to famous Red Bar and Chringo restaurants. Enjoy your private dock and private pool right on Grayton Lake. Great for one family as master has King bed in it and bunk room has 2-Twin bunks. Each room has its own bath and then there is an extra 1/2 bath off kitchen. Overflow we got you covered with Queen pull out sofa bed in Kitchen/Living area. High end appliances including gas stove. Washer Dryer in unit for your use too. Come enjoy this private piece of paradise in old Grayton in SE corner on lake and close to access to beach and gulf. No cable tv, streaming services only. The pool area that looks like a hot tub will remain the same temp as the pool. It is not something that can be used separately. Pool heat is available for additional fee. There is an outdoor shower located in the cooking area. Garage is also not available for parking or access for guests.
