New to Grayton Beach Rental market. Recently renovated and new furnishings await you at this quaint little cottage on Magnolia Street. 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, private pool, and short stroll to the beach awaits you at Grayt Balls of Fire. Perfectly set up for 2 families there are 2 master rooms with Kings in each room then in the outback house there are one set of full bunks in one room and 2-Twin beds in the other both with their own baths.Sleeps 10 total. New appliances including gas stove washer and dryer as well as all the others are new. Modern interior and decorator furnished this home will be a favorite for years. Red Bar and Chringo Bar are 300 yards to the South and that is where one of the beach accesses is located. Back patio and pool area are nicely furnished and a great place to hang out by the pool and cook out. There is also a screen porch on the back of the home. Note the 2 masters are in the main section and 2 other bedrooms are separated with the pool in between them so you walk out of the house to get to each one on the pool deck. Parking for 3 cars and we see alot of guest on this street like to rent a golf cart for the week which you can do at Electric Golf Cart of SANTA ROSA BEACH. Flat screen Smart TV’s in main house. Grayton has so much to offer and several restaurants within walking distance of this home. Pool heat is available for additional fee. Sunday to Sunday only during peak seasons.

    We loved everything about Grayt Balls of Fire; Jenny was so great when I had questions! Everything was as pictured and we had the best time; will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

    i had rented the place well in advance. When it came time to reconfirm I noticed I was to check in a day later, oops. The rental management was ever so accommodating they managed to get the day before added to my stay.
    someone left the water running in the pool so it was overflowing. That was the only thing which is minor unless one is paying the water bill. It was a mishap which did not affect our stay at all! Great location to the beach and local eateries.

    Great location for us. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very nice property. The pool was lovely. There were 2 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the Casita out back. One of the bedrooms in the Casita smelled horrible and the AC did not work great. We did not make an issue of it because we only ended up using 2 bedrooms. The beds were not comfortable. They had sponge like mattresses that made them hot and uncomfortable. The property had bikes but we were not allowed to use them because "they belonged to the owner."
