One of the best properties in Grayton Beach, this Gulf-front residence underwent a renovation in early 2018. Atop a sand dune, Semper Fi enjoys a privileged position, offering unparalleled vistas from its front porch and expansive living/dining area.
Crafted with familial comfort in mind, the residence features three spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests with ease. A private outdoor shower, conveniently located at the base of the porch stairs, facilitates effortless post-beach cleanup before indulging in relaxation on the expansive Gulf-facing deck.
The generously proportioned, well-appointed kitchen, boasting all-new appliances, provides a delightful environment for culinary endeavors. Equipped with two full-size refrigerators, a 5-burner gas stove, microwave, dual wall ovens, oversized sink, and prep sink, meal preparation becomes a joyous affair. Outside, a sizable gas grill beckons for gatherings.
The focal point of this home lies in its 40-foot long Gulf-front covered porch, offering abundant seating for all occupants. Whether savoring a morning coffee, enjoying wine and appetizers during summer evenings, the porch serves as an idyllic backdrop for cherished moments.
Grayton Beach epitomizes a laid-back and organic beach town ambiance, characterized by its quaint wooden beach bungalows and the iconic Red Bar.
Please note: The top floor of the house is inaccessible and securely locked, ensuring the privacy of Semper Fi's occupants. Saturday to Saturday only during peak seasons.

  We've been coming to Grayton Beach for years, and you simply cannot get a better view than at Semper Fi. The location is beyond perfect. The porch is spacious and is a heavenly place for coffee and cocktails. There is a gate at the steps although it does not lock (if you have little kiddos). The main room is bright and open for a large group and/or for kids. The two king beds have comfortable mattresses. The bunk room is great but desperately needs a new mattress on the bottom bunk.Cleaning was mediocre, but we have high expectations:) The porch furniture is not the same furniture as in the photo. Furniture could use new cushions. All that said, we would stay there again:)

  No better spot than tucked away at Grayton Beach at Semper Fi. Short walk to all the hot spots, but tucked away like a private stay. Even get to watch the fishing boats come in and out, easy boat access if you plan on fishing.

  We were delighted to find a house on the beach that could accommodate a smaller group of people (6 of us). We typically find a house that requires a golf cart ride to get to the beach. Semper Fi allowed us to simply walk out the door to the beach. Restaurants were within walking distance as well. Perfect for our family of young adults. Only wish the house had 3 full bathrooms.

  This was our second stay , all in all everything was fine...but we did notice in the kitchen under the baseboard next to refrigerator near sink as well as under the bar area cabinet, there was some type of splatter that needs to be cleaned, not sure what it was but definitely food or drink...there was also a lot of weeds growing up the side of house along the walk way and the step area.

  Boy did Semper Fi meet our expectations and more!! Location location location!! This was our first time staying on the beach as a family, and it’s the only way to go.(especially with two small boys) I grew up vacationing in Grayton Beach. I love the non touristy charm that this area still possesses. The property was beautiful and clean. The porch was an amazing place to hangout while we weren’t on the beach. We loved our stay at the amazing property, and hope to come back every year!

  It's difficult to find beach houses located right on the beach that are designed to accommodate one family. This 3BR is perfect. We have family that lives in Santa Rosa, and the large living and dining area comfortably accommodates a larger group if you have additional visitors. The photos accurately represent the home and the view. Note that it is located right next to the public beach access where locals are allowed to drive/park their cars on the beach in front of the house, which can get active from time to time. However, if you want a little more space on the beach, you can walk down to the right a bit and set up, as this strip of beach is buffered by a state park. The house is less than a 2-minute walk to restaurants and bars.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our beachfront experience at Semper Fi. The living & kitchen areas are very large and well stocked. The wide front porch was a wonderful place to start & end each day. A day bed out front would've been even better!
  The location directly adjacent to the wide beach was the best! Our teenage children fished & paddleboarded in Western lake, and Seaside was close enough for them to bike into most every day. Quite frankly, we enjoyed not being in the crowds and far away from the beach as we would have been in "town."
