  This is our second stay at Lazy Magnolia. We loved it the first time and this was even better. They did some renovations that were amazing.
  We loved this charming home for all of the reasons.
  It’s so cozy and feels like home with lots of special touches. It’s a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Charingos, Red Bar, Raw and juicy at Hibiscus.

  Really nice, well maintained house and would definitely stay here again! The outdoor space and pool area were incredible. Gas grill, flat top grill, ice maker, TV, and covered front/back porches were outdoor amenities. The inside of the house was perfect for two families. Plenty of space, nice flooring and decor, and plenty of accessories in the kitchen for cooking (if needed). Short walk to the beach and/or local restaurants and shopping. Take advantage of the beach gear credit (if offered) to rent bikes and would also recommend renting a golf cart to get to RedBar, Crackings, Black Bear, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Blue Mountain Ice Creamery, and even the beach. Sunday to Sunday rental was perfect! Only way to make the house better would be to set the timers on the outside lights to light up house at night.....but overall, highly recommend Grayton Beach and Lazy Magnolia!

  Our family recently stayed at Lazy Magnolia for Spring Break 2023. The weather was chilly, but the home is warm and inviting. The owners have presented this home in a manner that is fabulous for guests. The décor is a delightful beach theme throughout the property.
  Spotless in every corner, comfortable beds and sofas, truly beautifully done bathrooms. The location is perfect, with the beach just down the street There’s a screened in porch with a swing perfect for napping. The outdoor space is amazing! Pool, gazebo, and state of the art kitchen , along with wood burning fireplace will leave you in awe. There are more amenities than a person could ask for. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.

  Our family enjoyed another great week at the Lazy Magnolia in beautiful Grayton Beach. We have stayed at a few other places on Magnolia St and Pine St, but the Lazy Magnolia is by far our favorite. It is such a comfortable, cozy place, you just feel instantly at home. The porches and pool are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. We love biking or taking a rental golf cart to the great nearby restaurants ( favorites include Red Bar and Crackings ) and shopping. We look forward to coming back to Grayton and the Lazy Magnolia next year !

  We loved our time at Lazy Magnolia! The old-fashioned feel combined with modern conveniences made for the perfect weekend house. The well-kept backyard pool and spacious screened porch were fantastic places to relax while the kids played, and the inside was very clean, decorated nicely, and well appointed for feeding and sleeping a family of 6. We especially loved the 2 huge upstairs bedrooms with shared bath and closets. And, of course, the classic Grayton experience of walking to the beach through gorgeous old flora can't be beat!

  We absolutely loved this house. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was a must in early April. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you have young kids (ours are 8 and 11 and handled it fine but probably would have complained when they were younger) but it's convenient to the general store and restaurants. The house is roomy, perfectly decorated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need - great choice if you like to cook! We would definitely stay here again.

  My family stayed over spring break,in early March and loved it. The house is beautiful and setup very well. It rained and was cold but was still a very comfortable week at the beach. Back porch and pool were great. At one point we had an issue with a light fixture that was fixed very quickly. My only comment is the wording of the contract and access to the property. By that I mean it states pretty plainly and strongly that if you check in early you will be assessed a $150 fee. I understand that as a rental company you get inundated with requests "can we get in early" but this is a turnoff. What if the unit was empty the week before and it is ready? Owning my own business, and working on client service everyday, remember that most of your guests are coming from hundreds of miles away and they just want to "get there" Just like in the hotel industry, is there a way to let the guest know when it's ready? I don't know, this $150 fee may be a great revenue stream but I found it to be very off putting.

  This house exceeded our expectations for our first family of 3 vacation. We were a bit concerned with the walk to the beach having a 2 year old, so we brought a small collapsible wagon and by my guess it's only a 5-8 min walk, not bad at all.
  The general store is even closer at about 3-5 min walk. The pool was a huge benefit and very accommodating for small children. Overall this house is very spacious and has plenty of areas to simply relax. We will be back!

  This house is beautiful and spacious. We loved the porches & pool. The location was perfect, in the center of Grayton, close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We rented a bike carrier for our two small children for the week which made travel to and from the beach very easy. The kitchen does not have a ton of stuff, if you are planning to cook a lot, I would bring supplies. Other than that we had ZERO complaints and would love to stay at the Lazy Magnolia again.

  Everything was great. A few notes for the rental company/ owner: the lock box is nearly impossible to get open, the switch to unlock the box has so much tension it hurts your finger to open it. We struggled for 15 minutes to undo the latch once the correct combination was entered. The TV in the living room would not turn on, we tried to plug it into several different outlets on the wall without any luck.
